It literally happened that fast. Brand new couple came Tuesday, wanted to make an offer, we countered Wed. night and Thurs. morning they accepted our counteroffer. One month from today we will already be living in our new house!
Aack! I have so much to do!
If you are moving (and you have kids) here is a fantabulous little book I found. I bought one each for Daisy, Pepper and Banana Boy. They've had so much fun filling them out and I think they will enjoy looking back at them, too. And you sure can't beat the price! ($2.95)
So, despair not of the broken economy. All it takes is the right person at the right time (that's what we've said all along). I should look up how many showings we had (about 30, including repeats).
